Intent of the process

Anticipatory Staffing - A qualified pool of candidates may be established to staff similar positions at the AS-01 / CR-05 group and level for term, indeterminate or acting at full or part-time hours or lower level positions.

Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member. Notification regarding the CM appointment will be sent to all applicable candidates who are within the area of selection and participated in the advertised process.

EXPERIENCE

► Experience in performing general administrative support duties, for example coordinating all aspects of travel, managing the flow of information and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

► Experience in using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.

► Experience analysing an operational budget or compiling financial records.
