Assessment accommodation

Conditions of employment

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Reliability Check
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
• Willing and able to travel to remote /isolated First Nation communities in Manitoba on a regular basis, and sometimes on short-notice, by vehicle over rough roads, by float or small plane, by boat or helicopter.
• Willing and able to work outside under varying climatic conditions.
• Willing and able to conduct inspections by frequently traversing rough terrain on foot, climbing, bending, crawling, working in restrictive spaces and lifting objects up to 20 kg.
• Required to respond to emergency situations.
• The Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and that you attest to your vaccination status prior to the date of your appointment unless accommodated based on a medical contraindication, religion, or another prohibited ground for discrimination as defined under the Canadian Human Rights Act.
