- Plans, organizes and delivers social programs to meet recreation, social, cultural and personal development needs.
- Perform various tasks such as research, analysis, program development and evaluation, program delivery.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma, or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma, or a successful completion of a provincially/territorially approved secondary school equivalency test.
EXPERIENCE:
•Experience in organizing and/or monitoring social programs, including social, recreational or leisure activities.
•Experience in intervening with and/or supporting individuals who are working on changing their behaviour.

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service. As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status.
