As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=32694), federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely, or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring. Should you reach the point in the selection process where it is necessary to verify terms and conditions of employment, you will be contacted to complete an attestation of vaccination status.”

Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized school of dentistry.

Degree equivalency

Occupational Certification:
Eligibility for a license recognized by the Canadian Dental Association to practice dentistry in a province or territory of Canada.
*Must be in good standing with a provincial or territorial dental board.

Experience:
EX1: Significant* experience in the practice of dentistry.
*Significant is defined as the depth and breadth normally associated with approximately 5 years of experience,
EX2: Experience working in a team setting with other health and non-medical professionals.

Abilities:

• Reliability Status
• Hold a current valid registration as a dentist and remain in good standing with the regulatory body in the province or territory where the position is located.
• All employees of the core public administration are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and attest to their vaccination status unless accommodated based on a medical contraindication, religion, or another prohibited ground for discrimination as defined under the Canadian Human Rights Act.
