Information on language requirements

- Theory, principles and practices of engineering in the following fields:
• optical and electro-optical systems, and
• analog and digital electronics

- Measurement techniques and equipment (s) used in science and engineering, in particular those related to the study of electro-optical detection, tracking, protection or surveillance systems.
- Use of software such as Matlab, Python, Office Suite.

- Communicate efficiently orally and in writing.
- Plan, execute and coordinate engineering work on an individual basis, or as a team, involving several simultaneous projects.
- Create / innovate through new experimental approaches or new concepts.
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems.

- Demonstrating integrity and respect;
- Thorough thinking;
- Working effectively with others;
- Showing initiative and being action-oriented.

The following may be applied / assessed at a later date (may be needed for the job)

Work experience of at least 6 months in a mechanical engineering’s internship.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance - Level I security clearance.
