Education
Successful completion of a secondary school diploma.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing general administrative support services, such as scanning, scheduling and/or completing forms and other paperwork.
Experience in providing client service to internal or external clients.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in booking/coordinating travel arrangements.
Experience in retrieving, tracking and managing hard copy files.

Experience in data entry, creating and running reports using an automated system and/or software.
Experience working in the aviation industry.
Experience in asset management, facility requests, or fleet activities.
Possesses a valid Canadian driver’s license.
