The anticipated number of position(s) that may be staffed with this advertised process is one (1); in Winnipeg, MB; however, a pool of qualified candidates will be established through this staffing process and may be used to staff similar positions with different tenures (i.e. on a term, acting or an indeterminate basis).

Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or employer approved alternative, (employer approved alternative is defined as an acceptable combination of post-secondary certificate or diploma relevant to the duties of the position and three (3) years working experience relevant to the position being staffed).
Significant* experience in financial resource management, including budget planning and monitoring, and financial analysis.
Significant* experience presenting analysis and strategic advice on operational or program issues to senior management
Significant* experience managing human resources. ie: performance management, supervising employees, etc.
* Significant is defined as the breadth and depth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of two (2) years in terms of amount, complexity and diversity of work handled.
Post-secondary degree from a recognized university with a specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics or eligibility for a recognized professional accounting designation (i.e. CA, CMA or CGA).
