EXPERIENCE
EX1: Significant and recent* experience in reviewing and analyzing requirements for procurement of goods and services.
EX2: Significant and recent* experience providing advice and guidance to clients on procurement.
EX3: Significant and recent* experience reviewing statement of work and requirement and evaluation criteria documents.
EX4: Experience managing complex contracts.

Communication*

Education
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field relevant to the position.
Experience
AEX1: Significant and recent* experience using a financial or material management information system, such as Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) or another Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) database related to procurement.
AEX2: Experience posting on the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).
AEX3: Experience preparing requisitions and supporting documentation to Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
AEX4: Experience using Task Authorization contracts.
AEX5: Experience working in a virtual environment.
AEX6: Experience delivering training or mentorship related to procurement activities.
AEX7: Experience managing local, Department of National Defence (DND) or Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) contracts, standing offer agreements, request for volume discounts or supply arrangements.
AEX8: Experience supervising or managing personnel.
AEX9: Experience working with legislation and policies relating to contracting, procurement and finance.

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.
As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring.
