Your résumé.
Graduation with a post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, with a specialization in business, project management, engineering, communications, capacity building, sociology, or other discipline relevant to the position, OR employer approved alternatives.
The employer-approved alternative is an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience in planning, managing, evaluation, and monitoring programs or projects.
Experience providing advice, direction or governance on the business affairs of non-profit or community organizations, or for-profit corporations.
Experience in drafting reports. Examples can include, but are not limited to financial reports, progress reports, etc, authored by the candidate.
Experience in negotiating solutions and resolving issues.
Experience in providing advice and recommendations to clients and stakeholders on program policies, procedures or directives.
Experience in one or more of the following: legal surveying, acquisition, divestiture, real property, or leasing.
Experience building and maintaining effective relationship or partnerships with Indigenous communities.
