The intent of this selection process is to staff two indeterminate positions
One bilingual imperative (CBC/CBC) position located in Québec City.
One bilingual imperative (BBB/BBB or CBC/CBC) position located in one of the following regions (Vancouver BC; Calgary AB; Sault-Sainte-Marie, ON; Hamilton, ON; Ottawa, ON; Québec, QC; Fredericton, NB):
A pool of (fully or partially) qualified candidates could be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), various bilingual linguistic profiles (imperative or non-imperative), various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Education:
Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a Master's degree in Library Science, or in Library and Information Science;
Experience working in a specialized library and in providing delivery of library services and advice to management.
Experience in the delivery of digital and virtual library reference services, research services, client orientation and user training.
Experience working in a virtual library network and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience in managing human and financial resources.

For this selection process, it is our intention to communicate with candidates via email for screening and assessment purposes.
