HOW TO APPLY
You must submit a complete application, consisting of a resume and answers to screening questions.You must clearly demonstrate with specific examples how you meet these requirements. These questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process.
Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge (OOHL) is a multi-level security facility for women. It is located 32 kms south of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan on Nekaneet First Nation land. OOHL is one of only three facilities in the region that houses women offenders. As the first healing lodge for women offenders, it provides a unique environment where minimum and medium security offenders can work toward changing their lives through the educational, vocational, correctional and social programs available to them.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff positions of various tenures including permanent or temporary.
Selection will be limited to members of the following Employment Equity group: Aboriginal persons. Achieving a representative workforce has been identified as an organizational need and shall be applied in this appointment process.

Information on language requirements
EDUCATION - CR-04 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EDUCATION - CR-05 FINANCE SPECIALIST
A secondary school diploma and completion of at least one accounting course at the post-secondary level which is part of a diploma program
EXPERIENCE - CR-04 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Experience* providing administrative or clerical support services in an office environment or an acceptable combination of training and experience.
*Defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of the duties on a continuous basis over a period of approximately six months, within the last five years, including any work placements.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
EXPERIENCE - CR-05 FINANCE SPECIALIST
Experience in accounting operations such as auditing, accounts received or accounts payable.
Experience in using computers and software including a computerized financial system, word processing and spreadsheet programs
Compliance with Memorandum of Understanding/Agreements with Healing Lodges particularly, members of First Nations bands specified in the Memorandum of Understanding/Agreements)
