The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) is the federal government agency responsible for administering sentences of a term of two years or more, as imposed by the courts. CSC is responsible for managing institutions of various security levels and supervising offenders under conditional release in the community.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
1. Experience working in a records environment
2. Experience in processing incoming and outgoing mail.
3. Experience in using Electronic Document Management Systems (such as Documentum, RDIMS, Levelink, or GCDocs etc.)
4. Experience providing client services
1. Experience using GCDocs.

Organizational Needs:

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to shelve and remove boxes weighing an average of 15 kilograms
2. Ability to climb mobile ladders to retrieve files from boxes situated on shelving up to 10 feet high
