Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to staff one (1) PE01 Developmental Human Resources Advisor on a temporary basis in Sarnia, ON. A pool of qualified candidates will be created and may be used to staff similar positions on a temporary or permanent basis within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in Sarnia, ON.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing support services in a client service context

Experience in researching and analyzing information
