This is an anticipatory staffing process, the intention is to staff for upcoming vacancies.
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions at Elections Canada with varying tenures (such as indeterminate, specified period, acting, secondment, deployment and assignment) and various bilingual linguistic profiles (BBB/BBB and CBC/CBC).

EDUCATION
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary education program.
EXPERIENCES
*Significant experience in analysing issues and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
*Significant* and **recent experience in implementing and leading operational projects or programs that are national in scope.
*Significant and **recent experience in managing human resources and finances.
NOTE: *Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a minimum of two years.
**Recent experience is defined as experience earned in the last five years.

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:
Elections Canada is committed to meeting its employment equity objectives. Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the selected candidate will work remotely from his/her residence location until further notice. When the decision is made for Elections Canada employees to return to the workplace, the successful candidate is expected to work at the traditional workplace located at 30, Victoria Street, in Gatineau with a combination of remote work all while ensuring a flexible work schedule.
