ASSESSMENT: The application consists of four (4) development questions that you must answer to proceed to the next steps in the process. This is part of the written exam. The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is Canada's largest independent administrative tribunal. It is responsible for making well-reasoned decisions on immigration and refugee matters, efficiently, fairly and in accordance with the law. The IRB decides, among other responsibilities, who needs refugee protection among the thousands of claimants who come to Canada annually.

Create a pool of qualified candidates that will be used to staff administrative positions with various requirements such as: various tenures (specified period, deployment, acting, casual employment, part-time worker, assignment and secondment) and with bilingual linguistic profiles.

Asset Qualifications

Experiences:
AEX1. Experience in providing administrative services.
AEX2. Experience in working for the Federal Government
AEX3. Experience at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).
AEX4. Experience in the service of Archives or the mailroom

Operational Requirements:

- Be available to work a flexible schedule.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime.
