The intent of the process is to hire one determinate Administrative Assistant for a position located in Sudbury Ontario.

Education
• Successful completion of an office administration program from a recognized educational institution.
Experience
• Experience in managing a senior manager’s agenda
• Experience in coordination and distribution of briefing materials
• Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and preparing travel claims
• Experience in working with financial accounting software
• Experience in using automated office systems such as Microsoft Word or WordPerfect, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
