The intent of this process is to establish a pool of fully qualified candidates for future needs. The pool may be used to staff similar positions on a permanent (indeterminate) or temporary basis (specified period appointment).

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Graduation from a recognized university in a field of studies relevant to the position OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience

Degree equivalency

PM-04:
Experience in research and analysis of information and preparing documents
Experience in coordinating projects or programs involving a multi-disciplinary team

PM-05:
Experience in developing working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and Indigenous peoples/organizations
Experience in conducting research and analysis of complex * issues or initiatives, and providing strategic recommendations and briefing documents to Senior Management**
Experience in leading or participating in committees, working groups, engagement activities and/or consultations with external stakeholders, government departments and/or Indigenous peoples/organizations

** Senior Management is defined as Director level or above.
* Complex involves at least two (2) of the following relevant criteria:
- Sensitive or high profile
- Multiple stakeholders
- Multi-year or multi-phase

Master’s or PhD degree from a recognized post-secondary institution

A top-down screening approach may be undertaken. Only the top ranking candidates may be invited to the assessment phase of the process.
