Contributing to scientific hypothesis building and design of experiments.
Sample collection, DNA extraction, molecular characterization (PCR), and next-generation sequencing of soil and root samples.
Microscopy work.

Data analysis using R, QIIME2, and other statistical software as required.

Education:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program with a specialization in soil, plant and microbe interactions, related to agriculture at the University of Alberta.
Experience:
