In many selection processes the first step is screening. It's during the screening phase that the Assessment Board will decide whether your application will be considered further or will be rejected.
Use the Screening Questionnaire wisely. By demonstrating how you meet the qualifications, you may better your odds at being considered further. You should consider using the STAR technique to answer: describe the Situation, the Tasks you were required to achieve, the Actions you took and the Results of your actions.
All communication relating to this process, including email correspondence and telephone conversations, may be used in the assessment of qualifications.
