Education
ED: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in an engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position.
OR
Occupational Certification
OC: Eligibility for certification as a professional engineer in Canada with specialization in an engineering specialty relevant to the position.

Experience
EX1: Significant* experience in the design, stress analysis methodologies, testing and certification of aeronautical products (Structures Specialty).
EX2: At least 2 years of practical engineering experience solving problems of increasing complexity in the design, stress analysis, testing and certification of mechanical systems.
*Significant: Candidate has performed related activities in a wide variety of situations for 7 or more years.
