All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

Assessment accommodation

When you apply to this selection process, you are not applying for a specific job, but to an inventory for future vacancies. As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.

***************************
HOW THIS INVENTORY WORKS
***************************
What makes inventories different from other job advertisements? You only need to apply once, but can be considered for different job opportunities. Don’t worry, even if your application is not selected for one job, your application remains in the inventory and can be selected again for the entire duration that the inventory remains open. As an applicant, you can go back and update your résumé at any time.

Candidates must meet all of the essential qualifications noted on this poster to be appointed to a position. Depending on the requirements of the position(s) being staffed, for current or future vacancies, candidates may be appointed to a position even though he/she does not meet any or all of the following: additional qualifications, operational requirements and/or organizational needs. However, meeting these criteria is desirable and may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. We therefore strongly encourage you to demonstrate how you meet the additional qualifications on your application. Depending on the needs of the organization, candidates may also be randomly selected from the inventory for assessment purposes.

The inventory will be updated every 90 days. You will receive a notice in your applicant account 10 days before the end of your active period to determine whether or not you wish to keep being considered for an additional 90 days. Should your application become inactive, you can reactivate it by selecting the link Update my Inventory Status

You may also review jobs open to the public through INFOTEL at 1-800-645-5605. The INFOTEL number for persons using a TTY/TDD is 1-800-532-9397.

***************************
HOW TO APPLY
***************************

You must clearly demonstrate in the Screening Questionnaire how you meet the education and experience criteria (including additional qualifications if you meet them). Do not assume that the screening board has any previous knowledge of your background, qualifications or work history. You must provide concrete examples that clearly illustrate how you meet each of the requirements. Please note that stating the requirement has been met and/or listing past or current responsibilities does not represent substantial information. Résumés may be used as a secondary source to validate the qualifications described; comments such as "refer to my attached résumé" will not be accepted and may result in your application being rejected. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in your application being screened out of the process.
