A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security clearances within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).

EDUCATION

Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with acceptable specialization in paralegal studies or a bachelor of law degree from a recognized university.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience* in providing support services to legal professionals such as but not limited to paralegals, counsel, or notaries

*Experience can be gained through, among others, student work, apprenticeship, volunteer activities or extra-curricular activities.

ASSET EXPERIENCE

Experience working in a quasi-judicial administrative tribunal or a court
Experience in information management or library sciences
