We strongly encourage you, when providing your answers, to provide concrete examples to illustrate how you meet each criterion identified in the questions. When drafting your responses to the experience qualifications, we encourage you to follow this format:
Please explain how you meet this requirement. Describe where, when, indicating specific work periods (e.g. ATSSC - Oct. 2017 to Feb. 2019) and how you obtained the required experience with specific examples. By providing the required information in the suggested format, you will ensure that the assessors are in a position to assess the depth, complexity and scope of your experience.
A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security clearances within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).

EDUCATION
Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with acceptable specialization in paralegal studies or a bachelor of law degree from a recognized university.
EXPERIENCE
Experience* in providing support services to legal professionals such as but not limited to paralegals, counsel, or notaries
*Experience can be gained through, among others, student work, apprenticeship, volunteer activities or extra-curricular activities.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)

ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a quasi-judicial administrative tribunal or a court
Experience in information management or library sciences
Experience in working with electronic databases
