EDUCATION:
ED1. A secondary school diploma
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
EXP1. Recent* and significant** experience providing technical support for electronic applications.
EXP2. Recent* and significant** experience providing client service on the telephone AND via e-mail.
EXP3. Recent* and significant** experience working in a team environment and assisting other team members.
*Recent experience is usually defined as experience acquired within approximately the last three (3) years.
**Significant experience is defined as experience normally associated with the performance of those duties for a period of a minimum one (1) year.
