EXP1. Recent* and significant** experience providing technical support for electronic applications.
EXP2. Recent* and significant** experience providing client service on the telephone AND via e-mail.
EXP3. Recent* and significant** experience working in a team environment and assisting other team members.

*Recent experience is usually defined as experience acquired within approximately the last three (3) years.

**Significant experience is defined as experience normally associated with the performance of those duties for a period of a minimum one (1) year.

AEXP6: Experience troubleshooting encryption problems.
AEXP7: Experience providing support for Statistics Canada surveys or applications.

AEXP9: Experience using PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
