For this selection process, our intention is to communicate with applicants by e-mail for screening/assessment purposes (including issuing screening results, and sending invitations for written tests and interviews). Testing/interviews will be conducted at locations of the employer's choice and may require candidates to travel to the test/interview location, St. George, N.B.
Please note that candidates (including persons employed in the Public Service) will not be considered to be in travel status or on government business and travel costs will not be reimbursed. Consequently, candidates will be responsible for travel costs.
The immediate need is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis. A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff temporary and/or permanent positions, (including acting appointments and deployments) and other similar positions.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM. Information regarding the CM appointment will be sent to all applicable candidates who are within the area of selection andparticipated in the advertised process

Your résumé.

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.
Experience providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.
Experience researching, extracting and compiling information from various sources.
Experience in the use of various information management systems and software programs such as but not limited to Excel, Word, Word Perfect, Quattro Pro.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience providing administrative services in a legal or police services environment.
Experience using police databases such as: ACIIS, PROS, PIRS, CPIC, NCDB, CKIT, ICAN, Versadex
