Education
Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination* of education, training and/or experience.

*Acceptable combination defined as: Successful completion of 2 years of secondary school and a min of 2 years of office administration experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing general administrative support services.
Experience in providing client service.
Experience in the administration and maintenance of information in an electronic processing system.
Experience in reviewing and assessing documents against established criteria.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in the aviation industry.
Significant experience (intermediate level) in the use of spreadsheets (such as Excel).
Experience in navigating through various computerized systems, to review, research and extract information or respond to inquiries.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite of products (i.e. MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
Experience in dealing with the public as a part of day to day job duties.
