This process will be used to staff a temporary opportunity of approximately 1 year with a bilingual imperative profile of CBC/CBC. A pool of candidates may be created to staff similar temporary or permanent positions.

Your résumé.
Education:
• Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics.
Note: The candidate must always have a university degree from a recognized university. The specialization may be acquired through an acceptable combination of education, training or work experience.
Essential experience:
• Significant* experience in planning, designing and conducting program evaluations or research projects
• Significant* experience in project management
• Significant* experience in specialized evaluation/research techniques including the collection, analysis and interpretation of both qualitative and quantitative data
• Significant* experience in providing advice and formulating recommendations to management, and preparing briefing materials, reports and planning documents
*« Significant » is defined as the depth and breadth of your engagement in the performance of these duties for a period normally associated with approximately two years (2) of experience.

• A diploma or certificate in evaluation including the Canadian Evaluation Society Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation

• Willingness and ability to work irregular hours and overtime on short notice
