Assessment accommodation

For this position, you will be required to work mostly from your home residence however, you will be required to work out of the regional office on an as and when required basis.

Duties

Supervison of Collection Support Unit (CSU).
Coordination and supervision of an inbound and outbound telephone call operation service responsable for conducting research on unliked questionnaires, phone tracing, follow up on action requests and completion of Census questionnaires.

Intent of the process

A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions for the 2021 Census in various locations, various linguistic profiles, tenures, security clearances and conditions of employment.

Candidates may be eliminated at any point during the selection process if they fail to demonstrate any of the essential criteria through their behaviour, for example, through: communication with Human Resources, informal discussion, selection interview, etc.
