Develops and maintains Program/Project budgets, schedules, risk analyses and Risk Management Plans (RMP), and contributes to the development of the Program/Project plans and progress analysis reports.
Develops and updates technical and programmatic work modules, integrally within the Program/Project Schedule and Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS).
Reviews Contractors' Project Progress Status Reports and RMPs, prepares Project Risk updates and Risk realization requests, and provides assistance in developing and assessing technical options and alternatives to resolve issues.

EDUCATION:
• Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in an engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position.
OR
• Eligibility for certification as a professional engineer in Canada with specialization in an engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position to be staffed.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS (may be required for the job)
Depending on the requirements of the position to be staffed, it is possible that an "asset" qualification may be required as an essential qualification. In this case, only candidates, veterans and persons with a priority entitlement who possess that specific qualification in addition to the stated essential qualifications will be considered.

• Experience in using cost and schedule management software such as but not limited to: Primavera, Project Scheduling PS7, or Microsoft project.
