*Recent and significant experience with using Excel (* Recent is defined as within the last five years: significant is defined as a minimum of three years)
Professional Real Property Designation: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or Journeyman tradesman.
Experience in providing real property related advice and services to clients
Experience working in or managing building construction.
Experience in Information Management
Experience with third party service delivery contracts.

Security Requirements – This process involves a security interview and background investigation covering a minimum of your last 5 years of history including credit and financial verification. A criminal record check will be completed. Substance abuse is a factor that will be assessed.
Must be willing and able to relocate and/or work in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Indeterminate employees at the same group and level or equivalent may be considered for deployment. If no deployment is made, applicants from other groups and levels will be considered in the advertised appointment process.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
