Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff one Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB position in Ottawa for an indeterminate period.

A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established from this process which may be used to staff similar positions within all federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) in Ottawa with various tenures and conditions of employment, which may vary according to the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION
⚠️ ED1 - Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
⚠️ EX1 - Experience providing at least two of the following administrative support services in an office environment:
a) Managing agendas (for a manager);
b) Organizing logistics for meetings, teleconferences, events or training sessions;
c) Preparing and reviewing documentation such as draft correspondence or training or meeting materials;
d) Maintaining a filing system;
e) Performing data entry.

⚠️ EX2 - Experience in maintaining information and conducting searches in databases.
