The immediate need is to staff one indeterminate position in Regina, Saskatchewan.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing administrative support services.*
Experience in preparation and processing of correspondence.**
Experience in providing information to clients or management.
*Administrative support services is defined as, for example, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, data entry and other related duties.
** Preparing and processing correspondence is defined as, updating tracking systems, compiling information, verifying accuracy of information and/or formatting documents.
Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and preparing travel claims.
Experience in working with Senior Management.

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:

6) The essential qualifications that are listed in the statement of merit criteria are mandatory. A pass mark will be established for each. Applicants must meet each essential qualification to be appointed to the position. An applicant may be appointed to the position even though he/she does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications. However, meeting these criteria is desirable and may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In the event that there are as many applicants who meet the essential qualifications as there are vacancies, the manager may decide not to assess some or all of the asset qualifications.
7) Candidates will be asked to provide proof of their education credentials and proof of citizenship (original documents only) at the assessment stage of this process. Failure to do so may result in your application not being considered further in the selection process.

8) Candidates must provide three supervisory references, one of which must be your current supervisor.
9) For this selection process, it is our intention to communicate with candidates VIA E-MAIL and/or PSRS for screening and assessment purposes; this will include communication of screening results and invitations to written tests and interviews. To that end, candidates must include a valid e-mail address in their application.
