This anticipatory process will be used to create a pool of qualified candidates for similar positions whose duration (temporary, permanent), linguistic profile, and/or security requirements could vary depending on the position to be staffed at Transport Canada, Quebec Region, British Columbia region or Ontario region. Should the selected candidate already be a public servant, the pool could also be used for acting appointments.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with acceptable specialization in physics, geology, chemistry or some other science relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience* in environmental protection, or in environmental site assessment and remediation or in environmental assessment.
- Experience* leading or coordinating projects or programs.
- Experience* interpreting environmental laws, or regulations, or policy guidelines.
*Experience is defined as least two (2) years within the last five (5) years
