PSPC Real Property Branch manages one of the largest and most diverse portfolios of real estate in the country. PSPC is seeking dynamic, real property professionals looking to establish an exciting career in public sector real estate. Successful candidates for these roles will need well-rounded experience in real estate, leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in business administration, community planning, urban geography, urban land economics or some other specialty related to the position.
EXPERIENCE
Experience providing service to clients.
Experience preparing written reports, business cases or investment analysis reports.
Experience providing leadership to a work unit or multi-disciplinary project teams.
Experience in one or more of the following fields: real property planning (i.e. relocation, renovation, construction, space optimization), workplace strategy development, leasing or lease management, portfolio or asset management and planning, project management in real estate, real estate services.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
ASSET OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation
ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience managing leasehold or tenant improvement construction projects
Experience in the development and/or implementation of office accommodation or workplace strategy projects.
