Intent of the process

Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM. Information regarding the CM appointment will be sent to all applicable candidates who are within the area of selection and participated in the advertised process.

A degree from a recognized University or College in a related field such as Media communications or Instructional Technology; or a combination of education, training and/or experience.
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, that is comparable with a university degree with a specialization to the work to be performed, may be considered if an ample pool of candidates with a degree is not obtained.

Degree equivalency

Experience* in developing and producing communication media products.

Experience* in operating closed-circuit television systems and/or multi-camera recording.
