The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The results of this process may be used to staff similar or identical positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Successful completion of a post-secondary education (University or College) from a recognized institution in a real property building/construction field such as Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical), Construction Management, or Interior Design.

Degree equivalency

*Experience in the delivery of architectural OR engineering construction projects or programs.

**Experience in working with project financials that may include budgets, estimates, forecasting, and schedules.

**Experience in the development of project and contract documents for construction projects.

* Experience is defined as the complexity and diversity of work which would normally be acquired over a period of approximately 2 years which can include contract/term and/or seasonal experience.
** Experience is defined as the complexity and diversity of work which would normally be acquired over a period of approximately 1 year which can include contract/term and/or seasonal experience.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

PMP Certification or a recognized Project Management Diploma/Certificate.

LEED Accreditation.

Experience following the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide.

Willing and able to travel, as required.

Willing and able to work overtime, as required.
