Bioinformatic analysis of gene sequences, Gateway cloning, Confocal microscopy, enzyme assay using heterologous system.
One graduate student positions at Ph. D. level is open at the Department of Biology, University of Western Ontario, and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada-London, to study of phenylpropanoid biosynthetic genes in soybean, through biochemical, molecular and functional genomic approaches.

Currently enrolled in PhD program at the University of Western Ontario, Department of Biology with specialization in: Plant biology, cell and molecular biology
EXPERIENCE
Experience in Large scale data analysis,
Experience in MetaQTL analysis,
Experience in Phylogenetic and multiple sequence analysis,
Experience in Gateway cloning,
Experience in yeast/ bacterial expression,
Experience in CRISPR/Cas9 based genome editing
