EDUCATION:
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience defined as a secondary school diploma and two (2) years of experience in lands, economics, law, business administration, commerce, public administration or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in providing advice on program administration services

• Experience in researching and analyzing information, developing options and recommendations

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a post-secondary degree in one of the following areas: land use planning, real property management, environmental management, natural resource management, physical geography, project management, public administration, law, business administration, or other specialization related to the position.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
• Experience negotiating in relation to projects or initiatives to achieve shared objectives
• Experience interpreting and/or applying legislation, regulations or policy
• Experience in the administration, negotiation, monitoring and compliance of real property dispositions
• Experience managing First Nation reserve lands
• Experience providing service to First Nations clients
