Candidates may be eliminated at any point during the selection process if they fail to demonstrate any of the essential criteria through their behaviour, for example, through: communications with Human Resources, other informal communications, selection interview, reference check etc.
Candidates who will be invited to participate at the interview stage will have to complete the interview by videoconference using the Zoom platform.
It is the candidates’ responsibility to make sure that they have access to a computer and other pertinent equipment in order to complete the video interview, as well as compatible software or applications that enable the use of the video function.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*.
*An acceptable combination corresponds to some secondary education combined with relevant courses and relevant experience (2 years) in the public service.
EXPERIENCE
• Recent experience* in the provision of financial support (Including, but not limited to, the planning, coordination and monitoring of budgets, expenditures, invoices and/or financial contracts)
• Experience with the use of a financial system (i.e. SAP, SIGMA, BI, BO, Freebalance, SAGE, Logibec, PBHC)
• Experience with the use of MS Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
