Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the selected candidate will work remotely from his/her residence location until further notice. When the decision is made for Elections Canada employees to return to the workplace, the successful candidate is expected to work at the traditional workplace located at 30, Victoria Street, in Gatineau with a combination of remote work all while ensuring a flexible work schedule.
The intent of the process is to fill 15 term positions for 6 months.

EDUCATION
Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Recent experience (in last 36 months) and significant (at least 6 months) in delivery of client services.
Experience in the use of technological tools such as but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, internet.
Experience in responding to enquiries and complaints to internal and external clients, in writing and / or on the phone.
Experience providing services to the general public.
Various language requirements
Bilingual Imperative – Level equal or higher than BBB/BBB

Willingness to be relocated within the NCR. Depending on the operational needs, the location of work might not be 30 Victoria at Gatineau for the duration of the assignment. However, the workplace will remain within the NCR.
