The immediate need is to staff one (1) position French Essential and one (1) position bilingual BBB/BBB at Donnacona Institution. A pool of qualified candidates will be created to fil similar positions within the Correctional Service Canada.

EDUCATION

A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma or successful completion of a provincially/territorially approved secondary school equivalency test, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience in the provision of general administrative support.

Experience in the use of various software programs such as: Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EXPERIENCES
Experience working in specialized departments such as; healthcare, finance, human Resources, case and/or program management, judicial or information/documentation management.
