PSPC plays a meaningful role in the daily operations of the Government of Canada by providing innovative common services such as real estate and building management, purchasing, banking, pay, pensions and translation to other government departments, agencies and boards.

The results of this process will initially be used to staff two (2) positions indeterminately in Gatineau. A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established to staff identical or similar positions within PSPC.

Your résumé.
EDUCATION:
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
AND
- 120 hours of acceptable training in conflict resolution which must include at least 75 hours of mediation training.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in providing advice to management and employees with regards to conflict prevention and resolution concepts;
- Experience in offering conflict coaching;
- Experience in conducting mediation or facilitated conversation processes;
- Experience in conducting group interventions;
- Significant experience* in developing and delivering training sessions to employees or to management.
*« Significant » experience is defined as experience associated with having performed a range of related activities acquired over a period of two to five years.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in counselling, psychology or social work.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience interpreting legislation and federal public service policies.
- Experience in organizational development processes.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Ability and willingness to travel by yourself* to our different offices across Canada
* The expression ‘to travel by yourself’ means to travel alone.
