A pool of qualified candidates will be established and could be used to staff similar positions of various tenures with Employment and Social Development Canada.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:

A degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

An acceptable combination is considered as completion of secondary school AND a minimum of 6 months cumulative recent experience in a field related to Real Property Management.

Recent is defined as experience acquired within the last 3 years.

Degree equivalency

Experience*:

1. One (1) year of recent* experience** in a field related to Real Property.
2. Recent* experience** in working on projects involving multi-disciplinary partners related to property management and / or real estate.
3. Recent* experience** in compiling data and preparing reports related to property management and / or real estate.
4. Recent* experience** in providing functional advice and guidance to clients related to property management and / or real estate.
5. Experience* using Computer Assisted Design and Drafting
software (AutoCAD).

*Recent experience is defined as having been acquired within the past three (3) years.

** Experience is defined as being one in which the person’s primary responsibilities include these duties and refers to the breadth and depth as well as complexity of tasks that could be expected to have been obtained by carrying out the functions.

Education:

1. Graduation with a degree, diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution in a study related to Real Property (i.e. architecture, interior design, property management, etc.)
2. Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other related certification.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

1. Experience* in project management involving Real Property projects.
2. Experience* using Project Management software such as Microsoft Project.
3. Experience* working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
4. Experience* working or consulting with government.
