This process will be used to fill one (1) PM-02 position located in Happy Valley - Goose Bay, Labrador. A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff these positions and/or similar positions on an indeterminate, specified period, acting, secondment, or deployment basis.

Education:
Successful completion of secondary school diploma, in a field related to the position, or an acceptable combination* of education, training and/or experience.
* An acceptable combination is some secondary school, other related training and/or at experience working in a program delivery environment dealing with the public.
Experience
• Experience providing customer service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the commercial, recreational and/or Indigenous fisheries in Newfoundland and/or Labrador

Operational Requirements
• Travel on occasion.
• Work overtime occasionally.
• Possession of a valid Newfoundland and Labrador driver’s licence OR personal mobility to the extent normally associated with the possession of a valid driver’s licence, within the limits of the Treasury Board Policy
• Reliability Security Clearance will be required
