Education :

ED1 - Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience :

EXP1 – Experience in researching, gathering, summarizing and analyzing information.

EXP2 – Recent** experience in writing documents such as analysis reports or briefing notes.

EXP3 – Recent experience in leading discussions or meetings and interacting with senior management or different stakeholders.

**Recent means experience acquired within the last two (2) years.

Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)

K1 - Knowledge of methods, techniques and practices of effective interviewing in administrative investigation.

Ability :

A1 - Capacity to manage interactions with different types of people and personalities to acquire relevant information.
