The immediate need is to staff two positions on an indeterminate basis, with a linguistic profile of Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB and a RCMP Enhanced Reliability security clearance
A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.
Should a Public Service (PS) employee be found qualified and selected for appointment, notification regarding the PS appointment, if applicable, will be posted on www.jobs.gc.ca in accordance with the Public Service Employment Act.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment prior to May 21, 2020 (deeming date), the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM. Furthermore, CM staffing transactions resulting from this process will be administered in accordance with the Onboarding Transition Phase until deeming day.

Your résumé.
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of related education, experience and training.
Significant experience in Property Management or Facility Management, and Project Management.
Significant experience in analyzing and defining accommodation needs.
Significant experience in negotiating solutions to real property issues.
Significant experience in leading/participating on project teams and/or working groups.
Significant experience in planning and implementing Real Property projects.
• Note: Significant experience above is defined as having the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various complex related activities which would have been acquired over a period of three years or more.
Graduation with an acceptable degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a Real Property asset related discipline, Architectural, Engineering; OR successful completion of a professional designation program in the Real Property Management field
Experience in delivering real property services within a policing environment.
