Education:
ED1 Successful completion of a post-secondary education program in a construction field, engineering or engineering technology (such as mechanical, electrical, civil or other discipline relevant to the position) from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
EX1 *Recent experience in researching, compiling and producing information for the preparation of reports or statistics
EX2 *Recent experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
EX3 *Recent experience in budgeting, tracking, and forecasting for projects
EX4 *Recent experience working with construction and/or engineering programs
*Recent is defined as within the last six (6) years

Education:
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university with specialization in the construction field.
• Possession of a Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognized university with specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or other discipline relevant to the position.
Occupational Certification:
Certification as an engineering technologist in the province of Ontario or provincial or territorial equivalent.
Experience:
• *Recent experience in Project Management and/or Program Management.
• *Recent experience working with Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).
• *Recent experience working in Department of National Defence (DND) or Defence Construction Canada (DCC).
• *Recent experience working in Assistant Deputy Minister Infrastructure & Environment (ADM IE).
• *Recent experience using Microsoft Project software.
• *Recent experience in interpretation of building code regulations applicable to infrastructure.
*Recent is defined as within the last six (6) years.
Reliability Status security clearance
COE2 Possession of a valid Class “G” driver’s license without restrictions issued by the Province of Ontario or provincial or territorial equivalent.
COE3 Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DND 404 military driver’s license.
COE4 Current and acceptable driver’s abstract.
COE5 Must be willing to work overtime, including working outside normal working hours.
COE6 Must be willing and able to travel.
COE7 Must be willing and able to wear and/or utilize Personal Protective Equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
