Interested in job evaluation and organizational design in the Public Service?
Be part of the action as a Classification and Organizational Design Advisor who will supporting departmental strategic outcomes and programs organizational effectiveness.
Do you have a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed?
Are you certified in job evaluation (Hay, Mercer, other,...)?
Do you have experience in two or more of the following areas:
Job evaluation, job analysis, organizational design and job description writing?

In this role, you will be guided by experienced and caring coaches and managers to help you achieve the requirements of TBS accreditation in classification and organizational design. You will also be part of a community of job evaluation and organizational effectiveness experts across other government departments to share best practices and lessons learned to evolve the job evaluation and organizational effectiveness at Transport Canada.

Education:
ED: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Note:
-The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and must have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization.
-An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, that is comparable to a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization relevant to the work to be performed, may serve as an alternative to meet the minimum education standard.
CERTIFICATION:
Certification in job evaluation such as (Hay, Mercer, others...)
EXPERIENCE:
EX1: Experience in two or more of the following areas:
Job evaluation, job analysis, organizational design and job description writing
Various language requirements
