Education:
Common Law degree from a recognized university.
Occupational Certification:
Membership of the law society of a province or territory of Canada.
AND
Eligibility for membership of the law society of the Northwest Territories.
Experience:
Recent and significant* experience providing legal advice and/or litigation support.
*Approximately 4 years within the last 6 years of experience providing legal advice and/or litigation support.

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:
