Don’t worry, once your application is in our inventory, even if your application is not selected for one job, it remains in the inventory and can be selected for other opportunities. As an applicant, you can go back and update your resume or respond to the pre-screening questions at any time.
Please note that each hiring manager may have specific criteria to assess for their respective positions. Therefore, if you are referred for more than one opportunity, you may be re-assessed on the same criteria. Furthermore, if you do not obtain the required pass mark on one or more criteria, your application may remain in the inventory for possible referral for the other streams for which you have expressed an interest.

• Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
EXPERIENCE (COMMON TO ALL STREAMS) :
• Experience providing recommendations on programs, or the interpretation or application of policies.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders (such as other government departments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), provincial/territorial or municipal stakeholders).

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (COMMON TO ALL STREAMS) :
• Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, including evenings and weekends.

Secret security clearance - NOTE: The security requirements (e.g. reliability, secret and Top Secret may vary according to the position to be staffed).
Watch Officer positions require an operational component requiring shift work (24/7) and overtime on short or no notice. You may also be subject to call-back and shut-down (remaining at work) for an extended period of time.
Selected candidates must meet and maintain the above conditions of employment throughout their employment.
