Below are some of the responsibilities that you could perform:

Stream 1 - Systems Support
------------
Testing Support
• Executing system testing plans and reporting testing results as part of software implementation or change management processes.
Change Management
• Analyzing impacts, tracking, reporting, planning, communicating and prioritizing changes to the Pension system change management process.
Release Management
• Determining release content and identifying production and release schedules.
Production Support and Batch Processing
• Monitoring general mailboxes and responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints and redirecting inquiries as required;
• Monitoring the execution of scheduled batch jobs and maintaining, tracking and publishing monthly production batch schedules.

Stream 2 – Strategic Planning and Integrity
------------
Strategic and Operational Planning
• Facilitating short and long-term planning initiatives for the Pension Excellence Sector (PES).
Benchmarking
• Using benchmarking studies and internal business intelligence to identify opportunities for performance improvements within the PES.
Costing Submission
• Coordinating Treasury Board submissions and developing and coordinating business cases for Pension activities.
Data Integrity and Reporting
• Managing requests for data extract and report generation, running reports for internal and external clients and packaging and delivering completed reports.
Internal Controls and Audit
• Performing internal testing and audit function of the Pension system; and liaising with the Office of the Auditor General for Pensions on audits.

Stream 3 – Program Management and Oversight
------------
Client Relationship and Program Management
• Coordinating PES interaction, assessment and response with clients and managing service agreements with clients, Plan Sponsors and other external stakeholders;
Communications
• Developing messages and content for inclusion in communication products; and
• Providing management and oversight of the PES printing, the Pension static website and online portal.
Pension Finance/Internal Services
• Providing internal services for the PES including contract administration and accommodations, human resources support and business continuity.
Information Management
• Providing information management support for the PES; coordinating and responding to Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests; and participating in open data and information sharing initiatives.

The Pension Excellence Sector of the Receiver General and Pension Branch of Public Services and Procurement Canada is looking to staff various AS-03 positions.
This process could also be used to staff similar positions within the Public Service.
Employees of the federal public service may be considered for deployments, assignments, secondments or actings.
